The cheap way is to send a link to either your front page, or your posts page. If you left the wordpress default, then the front page will have your posts. This link will be static and permanent, and you can put it in your signature. But what would be displayed by that link would be dynamic. With this scheme, other posts will display, too, but the newest one will be at the top, where people can see it. Maybe that’s all you really care about?
If you want to be more elegant about it, you can create a special page and call it “Latest”, then coyp the template “page.php” to “Latest.php”, and slightly change it so that it will display only your latest post. You can look up “wordpress display latest post on page” for how to do this.
This is, in fact, how my blog is set up – single, latest post on a custom page. It’s at http://roderick.hostcell.net/bike2010 . If you send me your email address, I could mail you the template that I use, if you want.
