If I Install WordPress Without A Domain Name, Can I Later Make WordPress Work With A Newly Registered Domain?
I have just installed WordPress with Justfree.com as my host. I don’t have a domain name yet. I was planning on building my blog then purchasing a domain name to go with it, and then put the complete blog website online. Can I do that? If I can, how?

You can do it with $48.
As you may know a domain name is just a name, not a real website/weblog. If you are going to create your blog website: 1- Buy a domain name. A domain name is a name you want to call your website (ex: http://www.yahoo.com). To get a domain name, you have to pay an annual fee to a registrar for the right to use that name. 2- Buy a web hosting service to provide your online space and enable you to get your blog online at your purchased domain name.
If you’re going to start your blog at your own domain with different pages, you need a web host providing wordpress.
Take a look at:http://www.threehosts.com/blog
There you can reach the three reputable companies that are leaders in the blog/wordpress website hosting industry.
My recommended service:http://www.threehosts.com/reviews/1st
Hope this helps.
Yes you can, I assume you are using a sub-domain at justfree
when you buy a domain name where you have DNS control you can point it to another host, but make sure you have DNS control or you will have to transfer or pay a charge for control
I use http://1-2-5.com you get full DNS control (no extra charge) and can point it to your free hosting service it’s easy to do via there control panel
